Conventional systems

The effect achieved by the coating depends on the type of aluminium pigment (wetting behaviour, size of particles, shape of particles) and the formulation of the coating system. With the exception of chlorinated hydrocarbons, all solvents and binding agents typically found in the conventional sector are compatible with aluminium pigments.
