Trainers and personnel with training
duties in some 50 departments
Training is carried out by a team totalling some 60 trainers and staff with training duties in around 50 departments.
- Trainers provide instruction at the ECKART works or look after small groups in the training lab. They are qualified trainers. ECKART currently employ 7 trainers for technical occupations.
- Staff with training duties are the apprentices' contacts in their everyday work "on the spot". They explain the duties of their departments and instruct apprentices in their duties. We have over 30 members of staff with training duties in technical departments and 20 in commercial departments.
