HYDROSHINE is a highly brilliant effect pigment dispersion for waterborne coating systems based on the most advanced PVD aluminium pigments.
ECKART offers a choice of  two different technologies to meet customers specific demands for gassing stability,  humidity resistance and optical performance. These technologies include:

This product range delivers unique optical effects in combination with the highest brilliance in a waterborne metallic paint. Formulations can be tailored to achieve effects from molten metal to chrome like mirror appearances.

The HYDROSHINE products can be applied in a variety of coatings and specialty effect finishes where the creation of a high gloss metallic appearance is furnishing the coated substrate with a striking feature.

Depending on the desired effect the typical pigmentation will vary between 0.5% and 1.5% (solid aluminium content). The pigment to binder ration should be between 1:5 to 1:10.
