Water based inks for flexo printing
ROTOSTAR aqua FP 10 series is a new water based metallic ink range designed specifically for the narrow web label printer and is the product of choice for normal water based metallic print applications.
Based on an acrylic binder system, this ink series exhibits very good printability, colour stability on press and it is easy to clean. The ROTOSTAR aqua FP 10 series is free of amines and nonylphenols.
The ROTOSTAR aqua FP 10 series may require overvarnishing to achieve optimal resistance characteristics.
ROTOSTAR aqua FP 02 series should be used in situations requiring improved rub resistance. ROTOSTAR aqua FP 40 series should be used to achieve the highest level of metallic effect.
