The ROTOVARIO Aqua 622 series for the production of water based flexo and gravure inks builds the basis for an ink with high brilliance and good stability.

  • Stabilised to minimise gassing. The final gassing stability has to be tested for every specific binder system.
  • The binder-free dispersion provides excellent compatibility to most water based binder systems.
  • A high concentration of 75% stabilised pigment guarantees a high flexibility in the ink formulation.
  • Suitable to formulate rub resistant and polychromatic (e.g. artificial golds) inks.
