CoolSpheric

ECKART’s new CoolSpheric filler grades are spherical aluminum granules which can be used as thermally conductive fillers for thermal interface materials (TIMs) such as resins, adhesives, greases, gaskets or pads.

By mixing them into the required system, they provide good thermal conductivity to organic materials in comparison to the nonfilled reference.

CoolSpheric grades will be provided in four different particle sizes.

CoolSpheric fillers offer the advantage of low density, allowing weight savings in the final application.
