ECKART celebrates long-standing loyalty and outstanding achievements

• Traditional anniversary celebration at the Amberg Congress Center
• Over 100 honors in total
• Awards for continuing education achievements and innovative ideas

Hartenstein, December 15, 2025 – On Friday, November 28, 2025, the Amberg Congress Center was filled with a spirit of appreciation: ECKART GmbH hosted its traditional anniversary celebration to honor employees for their long-standing service and outstanding achievements.
Managing Director Andreas Gipp and Works Council Chairman Stefan Knobl opened the evening with warm words. Both emphasized the importance of experience, commitment, and teamwork for the success of the company and thanked the anniversary celebrants for their many years of loyalty.

This year, ECKART had an impressive track record to look back on:

• 19 colleagues celebrated their 10th anniversary,
• 71 employees looked back on 25 years,
• 13 employees were honored for 40 years,
• and a very special highlight: 50 years of service

In addition, two members of the workforce were honored for their special achievements in further training. The company suggestion scheme was also recognized: two ideas that contributed significantly to improving occupational safety and saving costs received special recognition. Around 175 guests including employees celebrating their anniversaries, managers, works council members, the management team, and representatives from politics and administration – took advantage of the festive setting for personal conversations and lively exchanges. The festive occasion was marked by pride, gratitude, and a strong sense of community.
