STANDART PCS 900 Aluminium Powder

PCS is a product generation of high-performance aluminum pigments for powder coatings. These pigment grades are completely coated with a very stable and homogeneous protective layer. Pigments made of high-purity aluminum are encapsulated in a compact silicon dioxide matrix by a special sol-gel process (PCS = powder coating sol-gel process). The most important feature of PCS pigments is their extra-ordinary chemical resistance. Therefore PCS pigments are preferably used where the requirements for chemical resistance of powder coatings are very high and the resistance properties of the PCR and PCA series are not sufficient.
