Standard non-leafing aluminium pigments for powder coatings

The aluminium pigments of the PCR series are inorganically
encapsulated with silicon dioxide. This silica encapsulation
provides excellent processing properties in the powder coating
application.

The decisive advantages of PCR aluminium pigments are:

unique metallic brilliance
high colour strength
good electrical charging
easy processing with Corona and Tribo techniques
good shear stability – therefore very suitable for processing with the bonding technique
The typical pigment level of PCR pigments varies between 0.5% - 5.0%.
