Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility covers all business and technical areas of the company. The innovative degree programme in cooperation with Heidenheim Cooperative State University consists of three-month study phases and practical phases of the same duration. The theoretical content of the programme is tailored to the requirements of professional practice. During your practical placement, you will familiarise yourself with a variety of commercial and technical areas. These include, for example, workshop areas (mechanics, electronics and maintenance), engineering, materials management, controlling, logistics and sales. In addition to these technical skills, you will acquire important social skills for your future career. You also have the opportunity to complete a practical phase at one of our locations abroad or to study a theoretical semester abroad.
