The structure of tasks

Your area of responsibility includes the production of plant components and assemblies. You will take care of the maintenance and repair of machines and production plants as well as the new construction and conversion of production plants. Furthermore you will take over repair and maintenance tasks. The training takes place in the central workshop, in the production area and on assembly sites.

Educational content

Your tasks and learning contents include

• manual and machine cutting
• shearing and cold forming of components and blanks
• soldering, thermal cutting, hot forming and fusion welding of components
• construction and testing of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
• testing and setting the functions on assemblies
• disassembly and assembly of machines or systems and supply facilities
• reading, application and creation of technical documents

• individual support from day one and throughout your training
• one-week introductory programme
