You enjoy information technology and have a secondary school leaving certificate ("Mittlere Reife")? Then the apprenticeship as IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d) is just the right thing for you! We will train you in 3 years.

The structure of tasks

Your area of responsibility includes all activities in the field of information technology. You plan and configure IT systems and deal with hardware and software components. A large area of responsibility is the support of various IT components. Furthermore, user consulting and solving application and system problems are part of your daily work.

Your tasks and learning contents include

to analyze operational processes and general IT conditions in the respective
application department
to analyze errors and eliminate faults
to design, set up and support networks
to realize, test and document customer-specific application solutions
to conduct user training courses
to support and advise internal customers
to take care of our data center
authorization management and user administration
